The LR2 is Land Rover's all-new compact 5-seat SUV that joins the lineup early in 2007 as a 2008
delivers a good balance between handling and ride comfort on the road but retains Land Rover’s
legendary off-road capability as well. Equipped with permanent intelligent all-wheel drive, the LR2
utilizes an electronically controlled center differential to vary the torque split between the front and rear

The 2008 Land Rover LR2 is powered by a transversely mounted 230-horsepower 3.2-liter inline six-
cylinder engine combined with a six-speed automatic transmission that features port mode and
CommandShift for manual sequential shifting. Standard equipment includes leather seats, power
front seats, dual-panel sunroof, keyless starter button, front and rear fog lights, rear park distance
control, 18-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control. Options include high-definition
color touch-screen DVD satellite navigation, bi-xenon adaptive front lighting, Bluetooth hands-free
telephone integration, 14-speaker Dolby Pro Logic II 7.1 Surround Sound system.

The LR3 is Land Rover’s premium midsize SUV that replaced the Discovery for 2005 and is designed
to offer improved levels of interior space and a great on-road driving experience, while continuing to
offer the legendary off-road capability expected from a Land Rover. The LR3 is an all-new vehicle with
a distinctive Land Rover look, including a front end treatment similar to the flagship Range Rover,
short overhangs, and a bold overall appearance. The interior will accommodate up to seven persons
and is designed to offer more passenger room and comfort than its predecessor. The LR3 is built on
a new integrated body-frame architecture uses aluminum, magnesium and Boron steel for light
weight but strong construction.

The 2007 Land Rover LR3 receives a number of updates including leather trimmed upholstery, power
glass sunroof, 240-watt Harman/Kardon sound system and steering wheel touch controls as
standard equipment. The interior adds a power lumbar adjuster to the driver’s seat, a clock on the
driver’s information center, the front passenger’s power window opens and closes with one touch,
front power seat adjusters operate even without key in ignition and a three-flash indicator to the turn-
signal switch provides three flashes to indicate a lane change. Both the V6 SE and V8 SE receives
newly designed 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels. The V8 SE receives a number of new standard
equipment including third-row seat, rear air conditioning controls, rear park distance control, front fog
lights, headlight washers, rain sensing wipers, auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror, Homelink
garage door opener, and puddle and footwell lights.
